The New York Winter Wedding of Caroline & Andrew | A Wagner Cove Elopement

This is the New York winter wedding of Caroline und Andrew. These two lovebirds got hitched on a cold but gorgeous winter day in Central Park. They got their wedding license through “Project Cupid” when Jackie and I met them just before Christmas at Wagner Cove. Jackie officiated a heartfelt ceremony and after that we took some photos in the snow covered Central Park. In conclusion, this was such a special and gorgeous day with those two. Caroline & Andrew, above all, thank you so much for letting Team Reinking be part fo this special day.

Dies ist die New York Winterhochzeit von Caroline und Andrew. Die Zwei haben sich an einem kalten aber wunderschönen Wintertag im Central Park das “Ja-Wort” gegeben. Die Lizenz hatten die Beiden von “Project Cupid” erhalten. Jackie und ich trafen Caroline and Andrew am Wagner Cove wo Jackie eine ganz tolle Trauung durchführte. Anschliessend wanderten wir dann durch den verschneiten Central Park für ein paar New York Hochzeitsfotos. Vielen Dank, dass Team Reinking dabei sein durfte.

And around 631 million seconds of putting up with each other.

Today, exactly 20 years ago, I married my best friend. And I had no idea what the next 20 years would bring.

I love Jackie more today than ever. Which says a lot, because I already liked her quite a bit before. She is my best friend, my business partner, my favorite person to do absolutely nothing with, and somehow the only human alive who can handle my grumpy moods. No really, that alone should win her an award or something.

When we met, I was still an architect and Jackie was a musical theater actor. Neither of us could have imagined that 20 years later we would be running our own wedding business together, celebrating love for a living, and helping over 1,200 couples create their own love stories.

We literally spend all our time together. Business, travel, life...and I still wake up every day wanting more of it. That is either true love or early signs of insanity. Probably both.

And to think it all started when I walked down the stairs at Bethesda Terrace and saw her sitting by the fountain…in those ugly pink pants. (Yes, they were that bad. Whole nother story. Ask me about it sometime.)

Twenty years later, we have built this wild, beautiful, unpredictable life together. There have been plot twists, bad haircuts, flight delays, lost luggage, and a whole lot of laughter. And I would not trade a single second of it.

Here is to the next 20 years of chaos, love, and whatever else we get ourselves into. ❤️

We got paired with these two at our 6:54 AM tee time this morning @gallopinghillgolfcourse and right before we teed off, they mentioned they might stop to snap a quick photo for their pregnancy announcement.

Well, what are the odds they got paired with a photographer? So in between bogeys and lost balls, we knocked out an impromptu mini photo shoot. First time for everything, and golf magic at its finest.

Easily the best scorecard moment of the day. 😂

We got paired with these two at our 6:54 AM tee time this morning @gallopinghillgolfcourse and right before we teed off, they mentioned they might stop to snap a quick photo for their pregnancy announcement. Well, what are the odds they got paired with a photographer? So in between bogeys and lost balls, we knocked out an impromptu mini photo shoot. First time for everything, and golf magic at its finest. Easily the best scorecard moment of the day. 😂
