A Metropolitan Building Wedding | The Most Unique New York Event Space

A Metropolitan Building wedding. Well, not really a wedding. More like a pre-celebration. These two were set to have their big wedding this year. However, Covid interfered with those plans. So to cheer them up they organized to read their vows to each other, followed by a little photoshoot. And I was so happy that they asked me to be part of this day because they picked the venue I had on my bucket list for year. The Metropolitan Building in Long Island City, Queens. A 4-story warehouse that is used for film productions, fashion shoots and big unique weddings. It was such a different setting from our regular stomping grounds and I think the photos came out nicely. Above all, the day with the two of them was definitely unique and fun.

Eine Hochzeit im Metropolitan Building. Nun, nicht wirklich eine Hochzeit. Eher eine Vorfeier. Die Zwei wollten eigentlich dieses Jahr ihre groƟe Hochzeit feiern. Covid kam jedoch diesen PlƤnen in die Quere. Um sie Ā etwas aufzuheitern, organisierten Ā die beiden ein kleines Fotoshooting. Und ich war so glĆ¼cklich, dass sie mich an diesem Tag dabei haben wollten. Die Zwei hatten einen Ort ausgewƤhlt, den ich seit Jahren auf meiner ā€œBucket Listeā€ hatte. Das Metropolitan Building in Long Island City, Queens. Ein 4-stƶckiges Lagerhaus, das fĆ¼r Filmproduktionen, Modeshootings und groƟe, einzigartige Hochzeiten genutzt wird. Es war eine ganz andere Kulisse und ich denke die Fotos sind recht gut geworden. Der Tag mit den beiden war definitiv einzigartig und hat SpaƟ gemacht.
