This is the Bethesda Terrace Wedding of Whitney & Grant. These two tied the knot during a beautiful winter elopement in Central Park. It was a cold but sunny day in New York City when Whitney and Grant arrived for their nuptials. Just perfect for a Bethesda Terrace Wedding in the park. We took a couple photos on the streets and Brown Stone houses of the Upper West Side before meeting their friends and families at the Bethesda Fountain where Jackie officiated their ceremony. Thank yo use much Whitney and Grant for letting us be part fo your big day. The day with you two was just magnificent. We wish you only the very best. There is nothing better than a Bethesda Terrace Wedding in Central Park.

Dies ist die Bethesda Terrace Hochzeit von Whitney & Grant. Die Zwei gaben sich im Central Park das Ja-Wort. Das Wetter war fantastisch. Kalt aber sonnig. Einfach perfekt für eine Hochzeit in New York. Bevor wir in den Park gingen nahmen wir einige Fotos auf den Strassen und den Stufen der Reihenhäusern der Upper West Side auf. Danach trafen Whitney und Grant ihre Freunde und Family am Bethesda Fountain wo Jackie die Zwei verheiratete. Whitney und Grant, vielen Dank, dass wir euch an diesem Tag begleiten durften. Der Tag mit euch war einfach fantastisch. Wir wünschen euch alles Glück dieser Erde. Hoffentlich bis bad!

10,519,200 minutes.
And around 631 million seconds of putting up with each other.

Today, exactly 20 years ago, I married my best friend. And I had no idea what the next 20 years would bring.

I love Jackie more today than ever. Which says a lot, because I already liked her quite a bit before. She is my best friend, my business partner, my favorite person to do absolutely nothing with, and somehow the only human alive who can handle my grumpy moods. No really, that alone should win her an award or something.

When we met, I was still an architect and Jackie was a musical theater actor. Neither of us could have imagined that 20 years later we would be running our own wedding business together, celebrating love for a living, and helping over 1,200 couples create their own love stories.

We literally spend all our time together. Business, travel, life...and I still wake up every day wanting more of it. That is either true love or early signs of insanity. Probably both.

And to think it all started when I walked down the stairs at Bethesda Terrace and saw her sitting by the fountain…in those ugly pink pants. (Yes, they were that bad. Whole nother story. Ask me about it sometime.)

Twenty years later, we have built this wild, beautiful, unpredictable life together. There have been plot twists, bad haircuts, flight delays, lost luggage, and a whole lot of laughter. And I would not trade a single second of it.

Here is to the next 20 years of chaos, love, and whatever else we get ourselves into. ❤️

Couples always ask me what happens if it rains on their wedding day. We got paired with these two at our 6:54 AM tee time this morning @gallopinghillgolfcourse and right before we teed off, they mentioned they might stop to snap a quick photo for their pregnancy announcement.

Well, what are the odds they got paired with a photographer? So in between bogeys and lost balls, we knocked out an impromptu mini photo shoot. First time for everything, and golf magic at its finest.

Easily the best scorecard moment of the day. 😂

We got paired with these two at our 6:54 AM tee time this morning @gallopinghillgolfcourse and right before we teed off, they mentioned they might stop to snap a quick photo for their pregnancy announcement. Well, what are the odds they got paired with a photographer? So in between bogeys and lost balls, we knocked out an impromptu mini photo shoot. First time for everything, and golf magic at its finest. Easily the best scorecard moment of the day. 😂
