The Top of the Rock Wedding of Kimberly & Ron | Getting Married at Rockefeller Center

Welcome to the Top of the Rock Wedding of Kimberly & Ron. Team Reinking had such a fun day with these two. We met up on 50th Avenue where we started the day with a first look right in front of Rockefeller Center. Together we then made our way up to the Top of the Rock where Jackie officiated their ceremony with New York City as the unbelievable backdrop for Kimberly and Ron’s union. After the ceremony we stayed for a couple minutes before we stopped at the New York Public Library for some wedding photos. Our last destination was the Gantry State Park in Long Island City, Queens. So we jumped on the subway and minutes later we had the most amazing skyline view. Kimberly and Ron, thank you so much for letting me be part of this amazing day. You are such a wonderful couple and I feel so fortunate to know you.

Willkommen zur der Top of the Rock Hochzeit von Kimberly & Ron. Team Reinking hatte so einen tollen Tag mit diesen beiden. Wir trafen uns auf der 50th Avenue wo wir den Tag, direkt vor dem Rockefeller Center, mit einem “First Look” begannen. Zusammen fuhren wir dann zur Aussichtsplattform wo Jackie vor der atemberaubenden New York Kulisse die Trauung durchführte. Anschliessend blieben wir noch ein paar Minuten dort oben um den Ausblick zu geniessen bevor es dann weiterging zur Public Library. Unser letztes Ziel war der Gantry State Park in Long Island City, Queens wo die New York Skyline als Hintergrund für weitere Fotos herhalten durfte. Was für ein fantastischer Hochzeitstag mit Kimberly und Ron.

20 years!!

175,320 hours.
10,519,200 minutes.
And around 631 million seconds of putting up with each other.

Today, exactly 20 years ago, I married my best friend. And I had no idea what the next 20 years would bring.

I love Jackie more today than ever. Which says a lot, because I already liked her quite a bit before. She is my best friend, my business partner, my favorite person to do absolutely nothing with, and somehow the only human alive who can handle my grumpy moods. No really, that alone should win her an award or something.

When we met, I was still an architect and Jackie was a musical theater actor. Neither of us could have imagined that 20 years later we would be running our own wedding business together, celebrating love for a living, and helping over 1,200 couples create their own love stories.

We literally spend all our time together. Business, travel, life...and I still wake up every day wanting more of it. That is either true love or early signs of insanity. Probably both.

And to think it all started when I walked down the stairs at Bethesda Terrace and saw her sitting by the fountain…in those ugly pink pants. (Yes, they were that bad. Whole nother story. Ask me about it sometime.)

Twenty years later, we have built this wild, beautiful, unpredictable life together. There have been plot twists, bad haircuts, flight delays, lost luggage, and a whole lot of laughter. And I would not trade a single second of it.

Here is to the next 20 years of chaos, love, and whatever else we get ourselves into. ❤️

We got paired with these two at our 6:54 AM tee time this morning @gallopinghillgolfcourse and right before we teed off, they mentioned they might stop to snap a quick photo for their pregnancy announcement.

Well, what are the odds they got paired with a photographer? So in between bogeys and lost balls, we knocked out an impromptu mini photo shoot. First time for everything, and golf magic at its finest.

Easily the best scorecard moment of the day. 😂

We got paired with these two at our 6:54 AM tee time this morning @gallopinghillgolfcourse and right before we teed off, they mentioned they might stop to snap a quick photo for their pregnancy announcement. Well, what are the odds they got paired with a photographer? So in between bogeys and lost balls, we knocked out an impromptu mini photo shoot.
