Lisa & Marie’s Central Park Photos | A New York LGBTQ Wedding

This is Lisa & Marie’s Central Park photo session during the cutest New York LGBTQ wedding. These two visited NYC from Germany to get hitched in the best city in the work. Lisa and Marie looked stunning all in white and with gorgeous flower crowns. The three of us strolled through Central Park to take their wedding photos before we made a quick pitstop at Grand Central Terminal. There we took some street shots and ended our time inside among the magnificent architecture of the terminal. I had such a great day with these two ladies. What an amazing moment that I never will forget. Love is love!!

Dies ist Lisa & Marie’s Fotosession im Central Park. Die Zwei kamen aus Deutschland um hier in New York ihre Hochzeit zu feiern. Ganz in weiss und mit wunderschönen Blumenkronen spazierten wir zusammen durch den Central Park und fotografierten an verschiedenen Orten. Anschliessend fuhren wir dann noch in die Grand Central wo wir auf der Strasse und im Terminal mit der grandiosen Architektur Fotos machten. Das war ein ganz toller und besonderer Tag mit Lisa und Marie den ich nie vergessen werde. Love is love!!

20 years!!
7,305 days.
175,320 hours.
10,519,200 minutes.
And around 631 million seconds of putting up with each other.

Today, exactly 20 years ago, I married my best friend. And I had no idea what the next 20 years would bring.

I love Jackie more today than ever. Which says a lot, because I already liked her quite a bit before. She is my best friend, my business partner, my favorite person to do absolutely nothing with, and somehow the only human alive who can handle my grumpy moods. No really, that alone should win her an award or something.

When we met, I was still an architect and Jackie was a musical theater actor. Neither of us could have imagined that 20 years later we would be running our own wedding business together, celebrating love for a living, and helping over 1,200 couples create their own love stories.

We literally spend all our time together. Business, travel, life...and I still wake up every day wanting more of it. That is either true love or early signs of insanity. Probably both.

And to think it all started when I walked down the stairs at Bethesda Terrace and saw her sitting by the fountain…in those ugly pink pants. (Yes, they were that bad. Whole nother story. Ask me about it sometime.)

Twenty years later, we have built this wild, beautiful, unpredictable life together. There have been plot twists, bad haircuts, flight delays, lost luggage, and a whole lot of laughter. And I would not trade a single second of it.

Here is to the next 20 years of chaos, love, and whatever else we get ourselves into. ❤️
